    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup peach preserves
    2 chipolte chiles in adobe sauce ( from an 11 oz can , I only found smaller cans ) drained ,chopped
    1/2 grated lime peel
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1 Heat grill , In small sauce pan combine preserves ,chipolte chiles,lime peel and lime juice mix well . Cook over low heat just until preserves are melted stirring constantly
    2 When ready to grill sprinkle chicken with salt Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4to 6 inches from medium coals Cook 5 minutes
    3Turn chicken brush with preserve mixture Cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear turning and brushing with preserve mixture once or twice Discard any remaing mixture
