    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tablespoons orange marmalade
    1 teaspoon chipotle chile canned in adobo -- chopped
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast -- (4 breasts)


    Combine the orange juice, marmalade, and chipotle in a large bowl. Combine the cumin,
    coriander and salt in a large bowl; add the chicken and toss to coat with the spices.

    Spray a non-stick grill pan with cooking spray and set over medium high heat. Add the chicken
    and cook, turning and brushing with th e glaze every 4 minutes, until browned on the outside and
    cooked on the inside, about 12 minutes.
