    List of Ingredients

    • 1 whole chicken (cut into serving size pieces or use 1 lb pre-cut pieces of your choice)
    • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
    • A few drops of red food coloring
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • Salt according to taste
    • 3-4 tbs lemon juice
    • 2 tbs oil


    1. Mix together all the ingredients and coat the chicken with it.
    2. Leave to marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
    3. Bake in a baking dish at 400F until chicken is cooked through.
