    List of Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1 Cup sour cream
    1 Stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
    1 Can regular corn, drained
    1 Can creamed corn
    1 Package (8-1/2 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix


    Combine all ingredients, finishing with the muffin mix; stir well.
    into 8" x 12" pan or large casserole. Bake, uncovered, in 350-degree
    for 45-60 minutes until top is browned and crusty. Can be reheated by
    mixing in a little milk and microwaving.
