    6 cups cinnamon-raisin bread cubes
    1/2 c raisins
    4 eggs, lightly beaten
    3/4 c warm water
    1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


    Place the bread cubes in a slow cooker and sprinkle with the raisins. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Cook covered on high until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 2 1/2-3 hours. Serve warm or at room temperature. Serves 6-8.
