    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 tablespoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/3 teaspoon sage
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or use less, depending on your temperature gauge!
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon butter (with a splash of oil to prevent butter from burning)


    On a dinner plate, combine seasonings and lightly coat chicken with seasoning mixture on both sides.

    In a skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat; add chicken and reduce heat to medium. Cook on both sides until dark brown, a total of about 6-8 minutes.
