4 chicken breasts
1/4 c white wine
1 clove minced garlic
Brown chicken breasts in cooking spray. When browned on both sides remove to baking dish.
Add garlic to pan and cook until the aroma of garlic begins. Add garlic to baking dish. Deglaze pan with wine. Then pour over chicken in pan. Top chicken with lemon slices and rosemary... i use about a teaspoon or so of rosemary.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 min until cooked through.
This freeze well, so you could make it and then just reheat in microwave.
