    Stuffed Chicken Breasts

    2 Chicken breasts halves, skinless
    2 slices deli ham
    4 slices American cheese (or Swiss)
    1/2 c bread crumbs
    1/4 c white wine


    Take 2 chicken breasts pound thin. Slit side of breast with knife. Insert rolled ham and cheese. I like to wrap the ham around the cheese.

    Place bread crumbs on paper towel and then coat each breast with them. Since you don't need to moisten the chicken since its naturally that way. Put on baking tray. Cook for 15 min at 350. Then pour wine on top of chicken breasts and cook for another 20 minutes.
