    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    � cup chopped onion
    � cup finely chopped celery
    1 (15-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
    2 cups cooked noodles, rinsed and drained
    1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Campbells Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    � cup fat-free milk
    1/3 cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and celery. Stir in sauerkraut and noodles. Add mushroom soup and milk. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes. Evenly sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top. Continue baking for 10 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes. Divide into 4 servings.

    Hint: Usually 1� cups uncooked noodles cook to about 2 cups.
