    From Humble Hamburger to Majestic Meals, p. 55**

    List of Ingredients




    16 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    � cup finely chopped onion
    � cup finely chopped green bell pepper
    1 (8-ounce) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    3 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
    2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Twin or Splenda Granular
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    6 small hamburger buns

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, onion, and green pepper. Stir in tomato sauce. Add vinegar, Brown Sugar Twin, Worcestershire, and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through, stirring occasionally. For each serving, spoon about � cup meat mixture between a hamburger bun.

    Serves 6 � Each serving equals:
    155 Calories, 3 gm Fat, 13 gm Protein, 19 gm Carbohydrate, 400 mg Sodium, 13 mg Calcium, 2 gm Fiber
