    From Humble Hamburger to Majestic Meals, p. 46**

    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    � cup chopped onion
    1 (8-ounce) can Hunt's Tomato Sauce
    � cup water
    1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
    1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Twin or Splenda Granular
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1 cup uncooked Minute Rice
    � cup shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, water, mustard, Brown Sugar Twin, and parsley flakes. Bring mixture to a boil. Add uncooked instant rice and Cheddar cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover, remove from heat and let set for 5 minutes. Mix well just before serving.

    Serves 4 � Each serving equals:
    209 Calories, 5 gm Fat, 14 gm Protein, 27 gm Carbohydrate, 393 mg Sodium, 126 mg Calcium, 1 gm Fiber
