    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces extra-lean ground sirloin beef or turkey breast
    1 (14.5-ounce) can Hunt's Tomatoes Diced in Sauce
    1 teaspoons JO's Italian Seasoning or any Italian seasoning
    2 teaspoons Splenda Granular
    � cup Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
    2 cups cooked spaghetti

    Recipe



    In a large skillet sprayed with olive oil-flavored cooking spray, brown meat. Stir in diced tomatoes, JO's Italian Seasoning, Splenda, and Parmesan cheese. Add spaghetti. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Hint: Usually 1 � cups (4 � ounces) broken uncooked spaghetti cooks to about 2 cups.

    Serves 4 (scant 1 cup) � Each serving equals:
    194 Calories, 2 gm Fat, 13 gm Protein, 13 gm Carbohydrate, 268 mg Sodium, 21 mg Calcium, 3 gm Fiber
