Recipe Introduction


This makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf in ABM.





List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  
• 1 Tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. margarine or butter
  
• 2 Tbsp. sugar
  
• 1 tsp. salt
  
• 3 c. bread flour
  
• 1 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
  
• 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
  






Instructions



1. Place ingredients into pan of bread machine in order given.
   
2. Bake on White Bread setting. Cool on wire racks before slicing.
   






Final Comments


MY NOTES: I did not use ABM to make this bread. I mixed all ingredients in my Kitchen Aid, and proceeded as usual for manually making bread. I baked my loaf at 375� for 35 minutes.
