    Chili


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb. lean ground beef
    • 2 c. chopped onion
    • 1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    • 2 - 28 oz. cans diced tomatoes
    • 4 c. cooked red chili beans
    • 2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 2-4 tsp. chili powder, to taste
    • 2 bay leaves


    Instructions


    1. In large pan, cook meat and vegetables until meat is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour. Remove bay leaves before serving.
