    1 lb round steak, cut in 3/4" pieces
    1/4 cup flour
    1 tsp salt
    Dash of seasoned salt
    Dash of pepper or seasoned pepper
    2-1/2 cups onion, chopped
    3/4 cup green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb fresh mushrooms or 1 (4-oz) can mushrooms
    1 (10-oz) can condensed consommé or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 dash hot sauce, optional
    1 cup light sour cream
    Cooked wide noodles

    Combine flour and seasonings; roll meat in mixture. Put in crockpot. Add all other ingredients in order given, except: sour cream, parsley, and noodles.

    Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. About 30 minutes before serving, add sour cream and stir all of ingredients. Cover and cook another 30 minutes while noodles are cooking.

    Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley

    Serves 4
