Source of Recipe
2 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, well drained and flaked
1 c. bread crumbs, divided
½ c. salad dressing
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. green onion, chopped
2 T. barbeque sauce
2 T. margarine
Mix crabmeat, ½ c. bread crumbs, salad dressing. egg, onion and barbeque sauce. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Shape into 8 patties. Coat each with remaining bread crumbs.
Fry patties in margarine 4 to 5 minutes on each side or til firm and golden brown.
Nice served on hamburger rolls or with a nice salad.
