    1 - can refrigerated pizza dough
    1 - (15oz) can diced tomatoes
    1 - pound ground beef
    1 - fresh green pepper, seeded & chopped
    1 - onion, chopped
    1 - small can mushroom slices (optional)
    1 - (8oz) package shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

    Brown beef, stirring until it crumbles. Drain, if necessary, and return to skillet. Add diced tomatoes with juice, green pepper and onion cook until heated. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough and press into bottom and part-way up sides of baking dish. (works best if you let it sit for 5 minutes in pan before pressing out) Sprinkle the dough with 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with beef and tomato mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 12-15 minutes. Top with remaining 4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese and bake another 5 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

    Yields 6 servings
