1 lb. Italian sausage links, cut in ½ chunks
1 onion, cut in lengthwise strips
2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes in juice
¼ c. tomato paste
16 oz. ziti, cooked according to package directions
½ c. shredded morrarella cheese
Cook sausage and onion over medium hight heat in a large skillet until meat is no longer pink; drain.
Blend in tomatoes and paste, heat through.
Toss with pasta; top with cheese.
Good with a salad and Italian bread. (I have added some fresh basil to the tomatoes and it is great, you can also use other types of pasta.)
