    1-Step Tex Mex Salsa

    1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (8 3/4 ounces) corn, drained
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1 jalapeno pepper, diced
    2 1/2 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Tex-Mex




    1. Combine all ingredients.

    2. Cover and let stand 20 minutes, or refrigerate up to 1 week.

    3. Serve with baked or low fat tortilla chips, as desired.
