    Mock Deviled Eggs

    Yield: 24 servings
    1 ea Ct Egg Beaters
    1 ea Dz eggs, boiled, peeled, and sliced in half (discard yolks)
    3 Tb sweet pickle relish
    1/4c Kraft fatfree mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
    3 Tb mustard
    1/8 t Celery salt
    1 ea Paprika for garnish

    In a 8" nonstick skillet, pour in Egg Beaters. Cover tightly; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until just set. Rebove from heat; let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and cool completely. Chop and place in a medium sized bowl. Add all the rest of the ingredients, except cooked egg whites to the Egg Beater mixture. Blend well with a fork. Using a small spoon, fill the egg whites with the Egg Beater mixture. sprinkle paprika on top of the Mock Deviled Eggs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
