    CP Beef and Noodle Casserole

    2 lb. beef cubes (1-inch pieces)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 C. red wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1/2 C. quick cooking tapioca (optional)
    2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 C. water

    Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high 4-8 hours.

    Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
