60 Minute Oven Stew

1 pound uncooked sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
4 small red potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch wedges
1/2 pound frozen French-cut green beans, thawed
6 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 small yellow onion, cut into small wedges
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) beef broth
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Thyme Leaves
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch metal baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a whisk. Pour over meat and vegetables.
Cover baking pan with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 400 degree F oven 40 minutes. Carefully uncover and stir meat and vegetables. Cover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Uncover and stir stew before serving.
