    Apricot -Mustard Grilled Pork Tenderloin

    1 pound TysonŽ Fresh Pork Tenderloin
    3 tablespoons apricot preserves
    5 tablespoons honey mustard

    1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Wash hands. Season tenderloin with salt and pepper to taste. Wash hands. Combine preserves and mustard in small bowl.

    2. Grill pork, brushing frequently with mustard mixture and turning once or twice, about 15 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).

    Serving Suggestion: Slice tenderloin and serve with couscous and marinated cucumber salad. Refrigerate leftovers.
