    Asian Beef Stir-Fry

    1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
    2 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper
    1 package (16 ounces) frozen stir fry vegetables, thawed
    3 tablespoons soy sauce

    1. Heat well oiled nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add meat and 1 tablespoon 1 Step. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until brown.

    2. Add vegetables, remaining seasoning and soy sauce. Cover and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender, about 2 to 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
