    Bag 'n Season Zesty Italian Beef

    1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pot Roast
    3 pounds eye round roast
    4 cups cut-up vegetables (green beans, onions, red bell peppers)
    1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Italian Seasoning
    cooked pasta

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange open Roasting Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan. Trim excess fat from roast and place with vegetables in bag. Combine Seasoning Blend with remaining ingredients; pour evenly over roast.

    2. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Cut open bag and serve over cooked pasta.
