Baked Taco Chicken Fingers

1 package McCormick® Taco Seasoning
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
nonstick cooking spray
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch wide strips
1. Preheat oven to 450° F. Blend taco seasoning, flour and cornmeal in a shallow dish or plastic bag.
2. Line baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick spray. Moisten chicken with water. Coat each chicken finger with seasoning mixture. Place chicken fingers on baking sheet at least 1-inch apart.* Spray chicken well with nonstick spray. Bake 15 minutes.
* Two batches may be necessary, depending on the size of your baking sheet.
