3 tablespoons McCormick® 1 Step Seasoning: Italian Herb
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded or thin cut
4 slices mozzarella cheese, cut into halves
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix 2 tablespoons of 1 Step with tomato sauce. Place chicken on foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining seasoning.
2. Top chicken with half of the seasoned tomato sauce, then with cheese slices. Spoon remaining sauce over cheese.
3. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with hot buttered noodles.
Variation: Thin-cut (quick-fry) loin pork chops can be substituted for chicken.
