    Honey Vanilla Glazed Pork Tenederloin

    2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
    1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Black Pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1. Place pork tenderloin on rack in baking pan. Mix honey, vinegar, vanilla extract, paprika, mustard, pepper, and salt. Brush meat with glaze.

    2. Roast in 375°F. oven for 45 minutes or until pork reaches 160°F, brushing with glaze every 10 - 15 minutes. Slice meat and serve.
