Lemon honey Glazed Chicken

4 TysonŽ Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
or 4 TysonŽ IFF Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lemon, sliced into 8 thin slices
1/4 cup honey
3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash hands. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange breasts in single layer in prepared pan. Wash hands. Sprinkle breasts with paprika, then place 2 lemon slices on each breast.
2. Bake chicken 10 minutes. Drain juices.
3. Meanwhile, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder in a small microwave-safe bowl; stir to mix well. Microwave sauce at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.
4. Spoon sauce over chicken in pan. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done (internal temp 170°F).
Serving Suggestion: Serve with wild rice and steamed asparagus. Refrigerate leftovers.
