    Yield: 1 servings
    1 ea Ct (8oz) Egg Beaters

    In a nonstick 8" skillet, pour Egg Beaters. Cover tightly; cook over low heat 10 minutes or until just set. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Remove from skillet and cool completely. Chop and use in your favorite egg salad recipe or sprinkle over salads or casseroles. Makes 1 cup chopped mock eggs.
