    Mrs. Dash Chicken Kabobs

    1 lb (500g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
    8 cubes pineapple, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
    1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch (2.5cm) cubes
    1/2 small red onion, cut into wedges
    1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
    One capful (2 Tbsp./30mL) Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™

    1. Prepare chicken, pineapple and vegetables.
    2. Thread pineapple chunks, chicken, peppers and onions onto skewers. Continue until you have four kabobs.
    3. Brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with one capful of Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend™. Preheat grill to medium high.
    4. Grill kabobs until chicken is no longer pink, 6 - 8 minutes, turning occasionally.
