Munchy Crunchy Chicken

3 1/2 pounds TysonŽ Fresh Skinless Chicken Drumsticks
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1 envelope roasted chicken gravy mix, 1.2 oz.
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash hands. Place egg and water in a shallow dish, whisking with a fork to blend well. Place stuffing crumbs in another dish.
2. Place gravy mix in a resealable plastic bag. Add the chicken a few pieces at a time, shaking to coat. Dip coated chicken in egg mixture, then coat with stuffing crumbs. Place chicken on a baking sheet. Wash hands.
3. Bake chicken, turning once, 30 to 40 minutes or until done (internal temp 180°F).
