No Fat Bananna Muffins

1 1/2 cups flour-(oat-whole wheat)
1/4 cup Splenda (for Sugar)
2 T. baking powder
1/2 t.salt ( optional)
1/2 t. baking soda
2 egg whites
2 mashed, ripe banana
2/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup corn syrup ( or more splenda)
0 fat.0 cholesterol.130 calories,200 mg sodium,less if you omit salt.
Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. in medium bowl combine
four,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt,cinnamon. in large bowl using fork or wire whisk,beat egg whites lightly. Stir in mashed bananas,milk and corn syrup ( I added more splends with the flour and ect). Add flour stir until well blended. Spoon into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 22-25 minutes or until firm to touch. Cool in pan for 5 minutes and then turn out one wire racks.
