    Pork Tenderloin Fajitas

    4 TysonŽ Fresh Pork Tenderloin, about 12 oz. each
    1 1/2 cups prepared fajita marinade
    16 flour tortillas, warmed

    1. Wash hands. Place tenderloins in large resealable plastic bag; add marinade. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours.

    2. Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove tenderloins from marinade; discard leftover marinade. Pat tenderloins dry and place in shallow roasting pan.

    3. Roast tenderloins 20 to 25 minutes or until done (internal temp 160°F).

    Serving Suggestion: Slice tenderloins into thin strips. Serve on flour tortillas with sauteed bell pepper and onion strips, sour cream and guacamole. Refrigerate leftovers.
