    Pretzel Chicken

    4 TysonŽ Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 cup fat-free egg product
    or 2 fat-free egg product
    1 tablespoon mustard
    2 cups fat-free mini pretzel twist, finely crushed

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Wash hands. Cut each breast into 6 to 8 bite-size pieces.

    2. Place flour in resealable plastic bag. Blend egg product and mustard in small shallow dish. Place crushed pretzels in separate shallow dish.

    3. Add chicken pieces to flour in bag; shake to coat evenly. Dip a piece of chicken in egg mixture; coat evenly with pretzel crumbs and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken. Wash hands.

    4. Bake chicken 9 to 11 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F).

    Serving Suggestion: Serve chicken with your favorite dipping sauce. For a complete meal, serve with steamed broccoli and corn. Refrigerate leftovers
