    Quick Pork Fajitas

    1 TysonŽ Fresh Tenderloin, about 1 lb., thinly sliced
    3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
    or 3 tablespoons prepared fajita marinade
    1/2 onion, sliced
    1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
    4 flour tortillas, warmed

    1. Wash hands. Toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning in a small bowl.

    2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add pork pieces, onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry until just tender.

    Serving Suggestion: Divide meat and vegetables among tortillas. Serve with salsa. Refrigerate leftovers.

    Tip: To make slicing easier, first place tenderloin in freezer for about 20 minutes.
