    1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pot Roast
    2 tablespoons flour
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/4 cup water
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, quartered
    1 medium onion, cut in wedges

    1. Combine seasoning blend from Bag 'n Season® for Pot Roast with flour. Gradually add red wine, water and Worcestershire sauce.

    2. Arrange opened cooking bag in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Place steak in bag with mushrooms and onion. Pour seasoning mixture over meat and vegetables. Close bag loosely with black nylon tie. Cut four small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.

    3. Bake in lower half of 350°F oven 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
