    Spicy Caribbean Pork Tenderloin

    1/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    2 pounds pork tenderloin
    1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Spicy Caribbean Marinade

    1. Combine Marinade Mix with water, oil, and lime juice in glass dish or plastic bag. Add pork, turning to coat all sides.

    2. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade for basting.

    3. Broil, grill, or bake until pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F., basting with marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any leftover marinade. Slice meat and serve.

    *Substitution: Goes great with chicken too.
