    Thick &Spicy Barbeque Chicken Skillet

    1 package McCormick® Thick & Spicy BBQ Pork Skillet Paste
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/4 pounds)
    1 medium onion, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced

    1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 15 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
    2. Stir in Skillet Paste. Reduce heat to low.

    3. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
