    Tropical Spring Salsa with Pork

    1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 seedless orange, peeled, chopped
    1/4 cup green onion slices
    1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
    2 Tbsp. KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
    1 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeņo pepper (optional)
    3 pork tenderloins (1 lb. each), grilled

    MIX all ingredients except pork until well blended.
    SERVE over hot sliced pork.


    How To Grill Pork Tenderloin: Spray grill with no stick cooking spray. Grill pork tenderloin over medium-hot heat for 30 min. or until internal temperature reaches 160°F, turning after 15 min.
