    Crispy Lemon Pepper Chicken

    1 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon Lawry’s® Lemon Pepper
    1 tablespoon dried basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
    2 tablespoons plain dry bread crumbs

    1. Preheat oven to 425º.

    2. In small bowl, blend Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, lemon pepper, basil and salt. Reserve 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture.

    3. Arrange chicken on baking sheet, then spread 2 tablespoons of remaining mayonnaise mixture on top of each piece of chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

    4. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and bread crumbs are golden. Serve with reserved mixture.
