    Baked Pork Chops

    Source of Recipe

    1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 cup catsup
    1 cup water
    1 1/2 lbs pork chops, cut about
    1 1/4-inch thick


    Combine mustard, flour, sugar and salt.
    Add vinegar, catsup and water and mix thoroughly.
    Pour over chops in a baking dish.

    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 to 2 hours
