    3 Day Cranberry Salad

    1 16oz pkg fresh cranberries
    3 cups sugar
    1 16 oz. carton sour cream
    1 10oz. pkg. mini marshmellows
    1 20oz can crushed pinepple, drained
    1 cup pecans, chopped

    First Day: Wash and clean cranberries and finely chop in blender or food processor.
    Add sugar; cover and chill overnight.

    Second Day: Add sour cream and marshmellows to cranberries. stir and cover;chill overnight.

    Third Day: Add pineapple and pecans and allow to sit for several hours or overnight before serving.
