    Tuna Macaroni Salad

    8 ounces elbow macaroni (about 1-3/4 cups)
    1 cup Hellmann’sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
    1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
    1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
    1/3 cup chopped celery
    1/3 cup chopped or shredded carrot(s)
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion(s)

    1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

    2. In large bowl, blend mayonnaise, relish, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni, tuna, celery, carrot and onion. Cover and chill to blend flavors. Toss, if desired, with additional mayonnaise before serving.

    Makes: 7-1/2 cups
