    Chopped Salad with Tuna

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Tbsp white-wine vinegar
    • Salt and pepper
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 head romaine lettuce,chopped into one in. pieces
    • 1 can (15.5 oz) chickpeas,drained and rinsed
    • 1 can (6 oz) tuna in water,drained and flaked
    • 1/2 cup black olives,pitted and slivered
    • 1/2 red onion,cut into 1/4 in. pieces
    • 2 cups fresh parsley,coarsely chopped


    Instructions


    1. Place vinegar in a large salad bowl. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream,whisking to emulsify.

    2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl,and toss well to combine
