    List of Ingredients


    • 1 12-oz. can(or two 6-oz. cans)solid white tuna in water,drained and flaked
    • 1 16-oz. can artichoke hearts,drained and chopped
    • 1/4 cup chopped black olives,preferably imported Kalamata
    • 1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
    • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    • 1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried


    Instructions


    1. Combine tuna,artichoke hearts,olives,mayonnaise,lemon juice and oregano in a bowl.
    2. 5 servings
