8 oz onions, sliced
4 oz Swiss cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups skim milk
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices enriched white bread, crumbled, divided in half


Recipe



Combine all the ingredients except for half of the bread crumbs, in a casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray, and mix well. Top casserole with remaining bread crumbs. Bake at 350� degrees for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
