2/3 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup cold water
� teaspoon vanilla
� cup blueberries
1/3 cup hot water
1/3 cup powdered milk
3 packets of artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin



Recipe



Soften gelatin in the cold water, then add the hot water. Blend until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the blueberries and blend again until smooth. Stir in the blueberries. Chill until firm.
