1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup prunes, chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup cold water
1 stick margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
� teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts, chopped
� teaspoon cinnamon
� teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla


Recipe



Boil dates and prunes in the one cup of water for 3 minutes. Add the margarine and raisins, and let it cool. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, nuts, spices and vanilla. Add to fruit mixture. Stir to blend. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350� for 25-30 minutes
