List of Ingredients
• 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
• 1 Tbs. plus 1 tsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. orange zest
• 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 lb. frozen sweet cherries, thawed
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 2 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Combine cornstarch, sugar and orange zest in a large skillet. Whisk in orange juice and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in cherries and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Add brandy to cherries. When mixture begins to simmer, keeping face and body away from saucepan, ignite quickly with a lit match. When flames subside, serve with frozen yogurt.
